Join Our Customer Mailing List Coffee Card Offer:
- The gift card is valued at $5US/$5CAD/€5/£5/¥500/ or similar equivalent based on country of residence.
- This program is open to all current customers of Kinaxis who subscribe to the Kinaxis customer mailing list for the first time by 11:59 pm ET, April 10, 2015.
- This program is open from Monday March 9, 2015 to Friday, April 10, 2015 at midnight ET or while quantities last.
- Eligibility: New subscriber (must be a Kinaxis customer and must be a brand new subscriber to our customer mailing list) will receive one (1) coffee gift card. Each new subscriber cannot already be a current subscriber to our mailing list.
- Gift Card Responsibility: Each gift card recipient will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of any and all gift cards associated with this promotion. No gift card substitution or changes are available. All gift cards are subject to availability. If a certain gift card cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Kinaxis, a substitute gift card of equal value may be awarded. By entering this program, entrants confirm that their organization will allow them to accept such gift cards, if awarded.
- Notification of Gift Card: Verified gift card recipient(s) will receive one (1) $5 coffee gift card via email within 3-5 business days after receipt of mailing list subscription request.
- Employees of Kinaxis Partner organizations are not eligible to receive the coffee gift card offer.
- Kinaxis employees and their family members are not eligible for participation in this program.
- Gift card recipients will be responsible for all additional costs associated with the use of the gift card.
- Terms: Kinaxis reserves the right to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, and without further obligation or liability to you. Kinaxis also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Refer a Colleague Coffee Card Offer:
- The gift card is valued at $5US/$5CAD/€5/£5/¥500/ or similar equivalent based on country of residence.
- This program is open to all current customers of Kinaxis who are currently subscribed to our customer mailing list in country where the coffee eCard is available.
- This program is open from Monday March 9, 2015 to Friday, April 10, 2015 at midnight ET or while quantities last.
- Eligibility: Existing customer mailing list subscribers will receive one (1) coffee gift card for each verified new subscriber who registers using the existing subscriber’s unique registration link. Each new subscriber must be a Kinaxis customer and cannot already be a current subscriber to our customer mailing list.
